• Journey and the Abolition Democracy is an educational comic book featuring a 15-year-old girl (Journey) in the year 2064. She delivers a speech in school on the Great Migration and redlining.
• Urban Cipher is an educational board game that helps illustrate the impact of redlining. The game lasts about 30 minutes and allows teachers time to debrief and teach afterwards.
• Each Urban Cipher game ships with the redlining map for that city. The back of the map features federal Area Description forms showing how the government agents graded neighborhoods.
• Barriers to Abolition Democracy uses a game board and other tools to delve more deeply into the impacts of redlining and how it impacts urban space today.
