Enliven staff trainings and boost organizational learning regarding urban inequality and building a just society. Your team will learn why cities and urban neighborhoods struggle with various issues, but also how people are capable of changing things for the better.
The three sessions are each 2 hours long and build on each other with hand-on and engaging activities to deepen learning. The three sessions also allow time for processing and digesting the information covered in each session.
The group will work through a specially designed Dream Lab workbook to analyze Cipher Cards and historical redlining maps to understand how they were created and impacted neighborhoods' access to capital.
