Enliven staff trainings and boost organizational learning regarding urban inequality and building a just society. Your team will learn why cities and urban neighborhoods struggle with various issues, but also how people are capable of changing things for the better.
Our facilitator(s) will lead your organization or group through his engaging Urban Cipher board game and hands-on activities to deepen learning. After the game is over, the group will work through a specially designed Dream Lab workbook to analyze Cipher Cards and historical redlining maps to understand how they were created and how they impacted neighborhoods' access to capital.
