Creating and Producing a New Edition

Urban Cipher is an educational board game. It teaches participants about redlining and how it affects contemporary outcomes such as health, economics, and the environment.

This purchase is for the creation of an edition for your city: Nashville, Tennessee.

The custom creation fee is $3,000 which covers design, manufacturing, shipping fee, and tariffs.  Here is the itemized breakdown of the the fee:

• graphic design for custom game box and property cards ($300)
• neighborhood identification with alphanumeric code ($300)
• game production and manufacturing ($1,000)
• shipping from overseas manufacturing facility and tariffs ($1,300)  
• shipping from our assembly facility to customer ($100)

This purchase will include a total of 15 games.  Game design (so the color scheme matches Meharry colors) and neighborhood selection (for Nashville neighborhoods to appear on the board) should take approximately 2 weeks.  

Manufacturing and shipping to our facilities should take roughly 4-5 weeks.  Once we receive it from the manufacturer, we complete the game assembly in our studio and will ship the game to Meharry Medical College.  This should take another week or so.  Hence, the timeline for game delivery is 2 months from the time the order is placed.
